Quick Help & User Guides

1. How do I export or print my surgical drain log for my doctor?

Open the Drain Log tab in the app, tap the "Export PDF Report" button in the top right, and choose whether you want a completed report or a blank printout template. You can print directly to an AirDrop/Wi-Fi printer or share via Email and patient portals.

2. How does the alternating acetaminophen and ibuprofen schedule work?

In Settings → Medication Regimen, tap "Add Medication". When adding your secondary medication (e.g., Ibuprofen), toggle on "Alternating Pair" and select your primary medication (e.g., Acetaminophen) with your preferred staggered offset (e.g., 3 or 4 hours).

3. How is drain removal readiness calculated?

Drain & Dose evaluates whether each individual drain's output is less than 30 mL over 24 hours for 2 consecutive completed days. When criteria are met, a green milestone badge is displayed on your dashboard.

4. How do I delete my data or reset my device?

Go to Settings and tap "Reset All Data". Because Drain & Dose stores all records exclusively on-device with zero remote cloud storage buckets, this immediately and permanently purges all logs.

5. How do I restore my Lifetime Pro purchase on a new device?

Open Settings and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the screen. As long as you are signed into the same Apple ID or Google account, your Pro license will reactivate immediately.
